Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Sometimes we have to ship items in separate packages, so if you receive part of your order, please wait 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order before contacting us. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. Any shipping delays not alerted to you in the ordering process will be communicated to you within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
To determine when you will receive your order, please add 1-2 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping you have chosen at checkout. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days if you have selected to have your equipment tuned before it is shipped to you. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS Ground (5-7 business days after an order has been processed)
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days after an order has been processed)
UPS 2-Day Air (2 business days after an order has been processed)
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day after an order has been processed)
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days after an order has been processed)
Note: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to send your order via FedEx, USPS or shipping method of equivalent quality and cost.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out based on the item weight, size, and your location. We work very hard to keep our shipping costs low so that you only pay the amount of actual shipping charges!
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPOs:
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. or an APO/FPO.
We can ship to most international destinations. Please email Customer Service at [email protected] for shipping fees to your area.
We take pride in every item that we sell, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then we will assist you in a prompt refund, exchange, or store credit! Our return and exchange policy is listed below:
SnowsportsOutlet.com (online purchases): Online orders may be returned within 7 days of the date the item was delivered. Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return. If the item is marked as not being eligible for returns or exchanges, it cannot be returned.
To return an item that you have purchased online, you must request an Return Authorization Number from us before sending your item(s) back. Any packages sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box will not be accepted or opened. Snowsports Outlet is not liable for any packages sent back to us without a return authorization number. Please email us at [email protected] to request an RA number.
NOTE: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service. Depending on the value of what you're shipping back, you may also want to consider insuring the shipment so that you're protected in the event of loss or damage.

In-Store Purchases: Used items purchased in-person at our retail shop, Rocky Mountain Ski & Sport, can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for an item of equal or greater value. New items that have not been used may be returned within 7 business days for a full refund, while new items that have been used can be returned within 7 days but are charged a 35% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange an item if it is significantly worn or damaged. All items being exchanged must be in resalable condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
